How I healed my cystic acne in just two days.

I had planned to switch to a new pill because I was taking a pill that increased risk of stroke with migraine with aura, but I knew intuitively that my body wouldn’t be able to handle a change let alone absorb a new pill if I couldn’t take the other one.

This week I thought I’d share all my lovely Instagram followers’ tips on how to get, and maintain, healthy and glowing skin and hair!

It was only in the last two months that I realized that I haven’t been getting … any cystic acne. I stepped back and reflected on what has changed and what I’ve been doing differently so I could share it with you all.
