Deposits and retainers secure availability and project commencement.
Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks
Due to the custom and strategic nature of our services:
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited without prior written communication.
Any disputes must be raised directly with Beck Creative to allow for resolution.

4. Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs, strategies, and materials remain the property of Beck Creative until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use final approved deliverables for their intended business purposes. Preliminary concepts and unused work remain the intellectual property of Beck Creative.

5. Client Responsibilities

Respect agreed timelines and revision limits.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Once work has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
Deposits, retainers, and milestone payments are final.

Cancellations
If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, all completed work to date remains billable. Any unused future services may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital Products (if applicable)
Digital downloads or resources are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed.
